Returns
Should you ever be dissatisfied with your purchased items, we will, of course, help you in a straightforward manner.
If you wish to exercise your right of return, you can easily register your return within 14 days via our returns portal. To do this, enter your order and return information and create a label or QR code for national return shipping.
For a return value of 40€ or more, the return shipping is free for you; below that, a flat return fee of 3.00€ will be charged (applies only to returns within Germany).
For returns from abroad, the customer must bear the respective return costs themselves.

Please note that we can only accept goods that are unworn and in their original condition. For shoes, this also includes the shoebox, so please always use a shipping box when returning. Returns that are shipped unprotected in the original packaging (manufacturer's box) or only in the shoebox cannot be accepted by us.
If you paid by prepayment, we will need your bank details for the refund.
Once the return has been received by us, it will be checked and the refund will be initiated if applicable.
We strive to process all returns as quickly as possible. A processing time of up to 5 working days (after receipt of the goods) can be expected.
