Returns
Should you ever not be satisfied with the items you purchased, we will of course help you without complications.
If you wish to exercise your right of return, you can easily register your return within 14 days via our returns portal. Simply enter your order and return information and create a label or QR code for national return shipping.
For returns with a value of 40€ or more, the return is free for you; below that, a return fee of 3.00€ applies (only applies to returns within Germany).
For returns from abroad, the customer must bear the respective return shipping costs themselves.

Please note that we can only accept goods that are in unworn original condition. For shoes, this also includes the shoebox, so please always use a shipping box for the return. Returns sent unprotected in the original packaging (manufacturer's box), or only in the shoebox, unfortunately cannot be accepted by us.
If you paid by bank transfer, we will need your bank details for the refund.
As soon as we receive the return, it will be checked and the refund will be initiated if applicable.
We strive to process all returns as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing (after receipt of the goods).
