Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the seller (Alleyoop, Martin Lutzenberger, Leonhard-Rucker-Str. 4, 86179 Augsburg, service@alleyoop.de, Tel. 0821 / 20944191, Fax 0821 / 8085450) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the sample withdrawal form as a PDF for this, but it is not mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://www.alleyoop.de/apps/returns/withdrawals. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) with information on the content of the withdrawal declaration and the date and time of its receipt.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, the seller shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the seller), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract was received by the seller. For this repayment, the seller will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. The seller may refuse repayment until he has received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to Alleyoop, Martin Lutzenberger, Leonhard-Rucker-Str. 4, 86179 Augsburg, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform the seller of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

For orders with a goods value under €40.00, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
